GOLD SEA MOSS
Eucheuma Spinosum
Known as Sea Bird Nest, is a 100% organic coral grass, a valuable gift from the sea.
Grows naturally and contains no artificial fertilizer and no bleaching chemical.
This organic seaweed is rich in enzyme nutrients, minerals, calcium, iron, multitude fibers and jelly-form proteins.
KOMBU (KELP)
Laminaria Japonica
Kombu, is a member of the kelp family. A seaweed that makes for a versatile pantry ingredient, providing dishes with umami flavor, nutrients, and minerals.
Kombu seaweed has a chewy texture and a mild, slightly sweet and salty taste with a hint of umami.
SEA GRAPES
Caulerpa Lentillifera
known as Umibudo in Japan, and often referred to as Green Caviar for their appearance like fish roe, but it is actually a seaweed, a green algae.
One thing that's great about this green algae is everything is edible. Sea grapes taste fresh like the ocean with a soft texture that pops with a loud popping sound in the mouth.
It is eaten raw, in soups, on rice and salads or seafood that help you improve your immune system, healthier weight, and beautiful skin.
NORI FLAKES
Porphyra Umbilicalus
Nori, is traditionally used with for sushi or onigiri. Nori flakes have a mild, slightly sweet taste.
Sprinkle onto miso, noodles dishes, bibimbap bowls, and stir fries or use in bread and savory baking for amazing taste.
Nori is also a versatile alternative to salt, and makes a nutritious seasoning and flavour enhancer for soups, casseroles, stocks, salads, and homemade popcorn.
PURPLE SEA MOSS
Eucheuma Spinosum
Purple Sea Moss is believed to contain over 92 essential minerals and nutrients including iodine, zinc, calcium, potassium, sulfur, iron, selenium, manganese, silica and more.
Purple Sea Moss is an extremely rare version of sea moss. Just as green cabbage differs from purple cabbage, the locals believe the purple colored Sea Moss may have additional benefits when compared to Gold Sea Moss.
Purple Moss has a distinct ocean smell and taste.
WAKAME
Undaria Pinnatifida
Wakame (ワカメ, わかめ) is one of Japan’s most popular edible seaweed.
It has a high amount of protein, calcium, fiber, folate, and iron, all of which help to reduce the risk of heart disease and blood pressure as well as improve overall health.
