Sea Grapes

(Caulerpa lentillifera)
“Pop Into Freshness with Every Bite”

Sea Grapes (Caulerpa lentillifera), often called “green caviar”, are a type of green algae native to the Indo-Pacific and popular in Vietnamese, Korean, Indonesian, and Japanese cuisines. They are typically enjoyed raw, in soups, on rice, and in salads.

Our Dehydrated Sea Grapes offer a long shelf life while maintaining their fresh flavor and nutrients. Through a unique preservation process in high salinity saltwater, they stay fresh for up to one year without refrigeration.
To rehydrate, soak them in ice water for 8-10 minutes, and enjoy their “pop” and nutritional benefits anytime.
